There is no need to do our job for us! A little preparation simply allows your OrionPure cleaner to focus on the areas you want refreshed.

For the smoothest visit, please:

• Clear loose items such as toys, clothing, and papers from surfaces that need cleaning.
• Make sure we can reach the rooms and areas included in your appointment.
• Share entry instructions and any special requests before cleaning day.
• Put away cash, important documents, medications, firearms, and delicate or valuable belongings.
• Arrange a safe, comfortable place for pets if needed.

On Cleaning Day

Arrival and Appointment Length

Your booked time gives us a starting plan. The condition of the property, its size, and the tasks requested can affect how long the cleaning takes. You are welcome to be away during service if we have an agreed way to enter.

Our Cleaning Team

Team size is based on the service you choose and scheduling needs. Our usual base appointments are Standard Cleaning with one cleaner, and Deep Cleaning or Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning with two cleaners. Team assignments may be adjusted when needed without automatically changing the agreed package price.

Choosing the Right Cleaning

Standard House Cleaning

A maintenance visit for everyday living spaces. It focuses on routine bathroom and kitchen cleaning, dusting, floors, and general surface care. Intensive buildup removal and specialty work are not part of the standard package unless specifically arranged.

Deep House Cleaning

For spaces that need a more detailed reset. In addition to general cleaning, our team gives extra attention to accessible trim, doors, touchpoints, and areas identified in your booked service description. Appliance interiors, interior windows, and other specialty tasks may be priced separately.

Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning

Intended for an empty home before a new chapter begins or after belongings have been removed. The work performed follows the selected package and the condition of the property. Heavy furniture and beds are not routinely moved, and unusual buildup or additional requests may need a revised quote.

Pricing and Property Size

Base residential package prices apply to homes of up to 1,500 square feet for the listed service scope. Larger homes are priced using the square-footage option selected during booking. Please choose the size range that best matches your property.

If the home requires work beyond the scheduled package, we will discuss the options and any additional charges before continuing whenever reasonably possible.

When More Time Is Needed

Our packages cover a defined set of tasks rather than unlimited cleaning time. Extra buildup, additional rooms, clutter, or newly requested work may require more time. The rates below apply to each approved extra 30-minute period:

Optional Add-On Services

Need more than your selected package? Ask us about oven or refrigerator interiors, inside windows, blinds, extra bathrooms, kitchen detailing, attic or basement cleaning, and home organization.

These tasks are not included automatically with every appointment. Contact us ahead of time so we can confirm availability, cost, and the time required.

Sharing Your Home With Pets

We are happy to work in homes with pets. Please let us know about any special considerations, and keep animals safely secured if they are anxious, protective, likely to run outside, or might interrupt cleaning. Our cleaners may leave an area untouched if entering it would be unsafe.

Safe Working Conditions

Our team provides routine cleaning, not hazardous-material remediation. We cannot handle blood, bodily fluids, human or animal waste, used needles, or other potentially infectious materials as part of a standard appointment. Areas affected by these conditions may be left uncleaned until the hazard has been properly addressed.

Getting Into Your Property

Please confirm your preferred entry method before we arrive, whether that is a key, lockbox, door code, garage access, or someone meeting our team. Include alarm instructions when relevant.

We will follow the agreed instructions when securing your property after the visit. If we cannot gain access at the scheduled time, a cancellation charge may apply under the policy below.

Payments and Invoices

We use Square for scheduling and payment processing. Available payment methods and any required payment arrangements are presented during booking or invoicing. Approved additions will appear on the final total, along with any taxes required by law.

Changes, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

When you reserve a cleaning, we set aside time specifically for your property. We appreciate as much notice as possible if your plans change.

For reference, a $145 appointment canceled with less than 48 hours' notice would have a $50.75 cancellation fee. Any fee is processed in accordance with the terms and payment authorization accepted at booking.

Keeping a Recurring Schedule

Regular appointments help us maintain your home consistently. If you need a deeper reset or extra rooms cleaned, please request those changes ahead of time so we can plan accordingly. Occasionally, weather, holidays, staffing, or unexpected events may require an adjustment to the schedule.

If Something Needs Attention

We want the completed service to reflect what you booked. If you believe something within the agreed scope was missed, contact us promptly. We will review your concern and discuss a reasonable next step.

Respecting Your Privacy

Photos may be useful when documenting a service concern or the work completed. We may ask for permission when such documentation is needed. Images showing private spaces or belongings will not be used in marketing without appropriate consent.

Accidental Damage

We work carefully around your belongings. If a cleaner notices an accident or breakage, it should be reported to OrionPure management. If you notice a concern after the visit, please reach out as soon as you can with a description and, if available, photos so we can review it.
